The peculiarity of the architectural appearance of this solid manor house is achieved through the use of original motifs of Ukrainian folk architecture in the decoration of facades. The high rise of the roof makes it suitable for construction in the western region of Ukraine, the natural and climatic conditions of which are characterized by a high amount of precipitation.

Solved from the low porch main entrance accent the pergolas. To the right of the porch is a parking lot. Functionally, the house is divided into two zones: residential (living room, three cozy bedrooms) and household (kitchen-dining room, store rooms, utility room). Both zones are well isolated from each other, and at the same time the project provides their convenient interconnection. From the spacious living room and kitchen-dining room there are exits to the veranda. From the household. There is an exit to the site.
